"Conveniently located" at the intersection of three major interstates and 10 miles from Boston, this lodging is also close to "shopping, entertainment and dining" with one of the largest malls in the area across the street; but where some find rooms with "lots of space" and a "quick" and "friendly staff", others just see a "ragged", "dressed-up dowager" who "needs a face-lift."

Location, Location, Location.

The excessive charges for Internet, business ctr are crazy.

Sheraton get with the program and stop charging these exorbitant fees for the Internet and business center. Other hotels (Courtyard by Marriott) have these services for free.

The location was right across the street from a mall and Uno's Pizza. Great lobby, friendly staff.

The rooms need to be updated a little bit. Seemed a little dirty to me.

Lobby and restaurant very nice. The rooms need to be updated. Carpets and tile could use a deep cleaning!

Staff did the very best to accommodate us on the third room. The first two rooms were filthy, unmade, and broken windows.

The parking was less than adequate, not well lit, and we did not feel safe living the car.

When we arrived and checked in we were told to go to the basement level. On our way to the room we were stuck in the elevator and took us some time to get there. When we walked in the room the window was wide open and was not able to lock, this was on the ground level and it appeared someone had crawled through the window. We called the desk and they told us that they were booked for the evening but did have a handicapped room available. We said that would be fine. When we arrived at the new room the window was jarred and this one too was not able to be locked. Then we noticed some one had been sleeping in one of the 2 beds that were in the room. There was mildew all over the bathroom and the carpet was very stained. This is not what we were expecting from a 31/2 star facility. The staff then came to our room and told us that we would have to stay there for the night but in the morning we would move to the top floor premium level. Which we did and the room was a lot cleaner and nicer then the 1st two but I would not go as far as saying this would be 3-1/2 star either. ...read more
